INFORMATION ON PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
According to Article 13 section 1 and 2 of the Regulation (Eu) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC ("GDPR"), NAVO ORBICO Spółka z o.o. with its seat in Tychy 43-100 at ul. Oświęcimska 51, entered into the National Court Register kept by the Katowice-Wschód District Court in Katowice, VIII Commercial Department - National Court Register under KRS no. 0000046562, REGON: 277632751, NIP: 646-25-26-337, share capital 21 589 750.00 PLN ("Company", "We") informs that:
1. the Company is the administrator of your personal data,
2. Mr. Michał Czarnink-Starypan is the inspector of data protection in the Company, e-mail: michal.starypan@orbico.com,
3. Your personal data may only be processed in cases stipulated by GDPR, in particular on the following grounds:
a) the data subject has consented to the processing of his/her personal data,
b) the processing is necessary for the performance of the contract to which the data subject is a party (e.g. completing the order, issuing an invoice) or taking action at the request of the data subject before concluding the contract (e.g. response to request for presentation of the offer),
c) processing is necessary to fulfill the legal obligation to which the Company is subject (e.g. reporting, tax and administrative obligations),
d) processing is necessary for purposes arising from legitimate interests pursued by the Company or by a third party (e.g. debt collection),
4. Your personal data may be processed for the purposes of: conclusion and performance of contracts with you, handling of your cases, complaints and notifications, collection of our debts, marketing and market analyses, as well as in order to fulfill legal obligations that ensue on the Company (such as tax and administrative obligations),
5. entities that provide us with IT, advisory, legal, postal and transport, administrative, security and promotional and marketing services, as well as our suppliers, may be the recipients of your personal data,
6. Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country (outside the European Economic Area) or to an international organization,
7. Your personal data will be kept only for the period in which they are necessary to achieve the objectives referred to in clause 4,
8. You have the right to access your personal data and the right to rectify, erase the data or limit the processing, the right to transfer data, the right to object, and if the processing is based on your consent, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing which was performed on the grounds of consent before its withdrawal,
9. You also have the right to file a complaint to the Office for Personal Data Protection if you consider that the processing of your personal data regarding you violates the provisions of the GDPR or the Polish Act of 10 May on the protection of personal data.
