We currently have more than 1,000 employees working with us. Almost half are employed in sales departments. The rest are employees of the Distribution Center located in Teresin and the Warehouse in Gadki near Poznan, as well as employees of operational departments in Katowice and Warsaw. An exception is the Orbico Toy Dividion located in Gdynia.

Our values define how we operate, behave and communicate. 
This is the DNA that has become the foundation of our business code over the years.

Therefore, every year we celebrate Value Day in all Orbico Group countries. However, in promoting a work style in line with our values, we are not limited to one day a year! , Our employees can send each other Thank You Cards on any day of the year. These are virtual thanks for somebody’s help, support, positive attitude or simply for a smile!
