As per the EU Directive 2019/1937, Orbico Group is committed to protecting whistleblowers from retaliation. This includes protecting employees, former employees, contractors, and other stakeholders who report misconduct in good faith. Whistleblowers will not face dismissal, demotion, or any form of unfair treatment for reporting concerns.

We use secure systems to ensure that no identifying information (such as IP addresses or personal details) is revealed unless the whistleblower chooses to disclose their identity.
